The Botheven gusseting machine with cutting and sewing line is designed to flawlessly form side gussets with bottom fold and stitching. Key elements include: Unwinding unit with EPC control. Micro-perforation unit for fabric processing. Gusset forming unit equipped with infrared rays to ensure precise and stable gusset quality. Mark sensor for accurate positioning of printed fabric rolls. Cutting unit with both cold and heat cutters for flexible operation. Bottom fold and sewing unit for strong and consistent sealing. Automatic counting and stacking delivery unit for finished bags. Printing output capacity: 32–48 bags per minute.
