SMS — heavy-duty granulator
The SMS series is engineered for particularly demanding applications — the size reduction of heavy lumps, tough fibres and extremely thin films, or high-volume processing. It can run as a standard granulator or as a washing granulator that combines granulation with the addition of large quantities of water to clean contaminated plastics.

Working widths from 500 to 2,000 mm and drives from 22 to 250 kW handle heavy lumps, tough fibres and high volumes.
Washing-granulator option
Combines granulation with large quantities of water to wash contaminated plastics in the same step.
Convertible design
Switches between processing hollow material and thick-walled panels to suit the feed.
Wear-protected build
Optional steel plating with replaceable wear plates, stator-knife supports and rotor-knife support plates in wear-proof grades.
