The padded NOVARO e.BAG makes cushioned paper side-seam mailer bags with fully paper-based padding formed by inline corrugation — a recyclable replacement for the plastic bubble mailer, made in one integrated process.
A cushioned mailer, all paper
The padded variant integrates fully paper-based padding into the side-seam mailer through inline corrugation, so fragile goods are protected without any plastic bubble wrap. It shares the modular NOVARO platform and its communication-ready automation, forming and padding the mailer in one continuous line.

Padded side-seam construction
Cushioned, side-seam built
A narrow 10–15 mm side seam and an inline corrugated paper layer give a protective, cushioned mailer. An optional closure strip adds self-sealing and returns.
Add a wicket-hole punching unit, inline LINAFLEX printing and a bundling & paper-strapping unit for fulfilment, with a non-stop splicer or shaftless unwinder for continuous running.
