The unpadded NOVARO e.BAG makes flat paper side-seam mailer bags with a bottom gusset — ideal for non-fragile items where you want a slim, recyclable paper mailer. Modular, inline and highly automated.
A slim paper mailer with a gusseted bottom
The unpadded variant forms a side-seam paper mailer with a 10–15 mm seam and a bottom gusset of 20–175 mm for volume — a lightweight, recyclable bag for flat and non-fragile goods. It runs on the same modular NOVARO platform with inline corrugation available across the line and communication-ready automation.

Unpadded side-seam construction
Side-seam built, bottom-gusseted
A narrow 10–15 mm side seam and a bottom gusset up to 175 mm give a clean, capacious mailer. An optional closure strip adds self-sealing and returns.
Add a wicket-hole punching unit, inline LINAFLEX printing and a bundling & paper-strapping unit for fulfilment, with a non-stop splicer or shaftless unwinder for continuous running.
