Colormix blenders & agitators
Keeping ink homogeneous — from a hand blender to automatic IBC agitation.
Colormix blenders & agitators

Dispensing a recipe accurately is only half the job. If the ink separates in the bucket, or the base components settle in the drum, the colour that reaches the press is not the colour that was weighed.
The Colormix range covers blending at every scale — hand, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic blenders — alongside agitators that keep buckets, drums and IBCs in suspension.
9 systems

Colormix automatic blender
The Colormix automatic blender is suitable for homogenisation of dispensed inks in buckets. The blender with the automatic conveyor system is integrated with the exit side of roller conveyor of the Colorsat Compact dispensing system (low or high version).

Colormix semi-automatic blender
The Colormix semi-automatic blender is suitable for homogenisation of dispensed inks buckets. The blender is positioned at the end of the exit side of roller conveyor of the Colorsat Compact dispensing system (low or high version).

Colormix manual blender
The Colormix manually-operated pneumatic blender is suitable for homogenisation of dispensed inks in buckets. The blender is positioned at the end of the exit side of roller conveyor of the Colorsat Compact or Slim dispensing system.

Colormix hand blender
The Colormix hand blender is a simple but effective solution to blend any ink batch after a dispense cycle. This excellent-value equipment allows manually operated blending of water-based or solvent-based inks in an economical and convenient way.
- air-driven manual blender
- for water-based and solvent-base inks
- for buckets with 15-30 kg (30-60 lbs) ink
- viscosity maximum 3.000 mPas
- air regulator to adjust speed
- including stainless steel frame

Bucket agitators
Our bucket agitators are installed on the lids of 25-litre buckets and keep the base components homogeneous.

Drum agitators
Our drum agitators maintain the homogeneity of base components that are contained in drums to feed the dispensing system.

Drum blender
The drum blender is a stand-alone electrical column blender for blending solvent- or water-based inks after dispensing. It can also be used to pre-mix base components before connecting them to the dispensing system.
- for blending solvent- or water-based inks
- viscosity up to 1.500 mPas
- maximum drum sizes: diameter 600 mm, height 900 mm, lifting height: 1.000 mm
- electrical operated motor (the solvent-based version is Ex-proof executed)
- stainless steel blending element

IBC agitators
Our IBC agitators maintain the homogeneity of the base components stored in IBC containers to feed the dispensing system.

IBC blender
The IBC blender is a stand-alone electrical column blender for blending solvent- or water-based inks in drums or IBC’s after dispensing.
- for blending solvent- or water-based inks
- viscosity up to 1.500 mPas
- maximum sizes of the container: length 1.200 mm, width 1.000 mm, height 1.100 mm, minimum opening 300 mm
- electrical operated motor (solvent-based version is Ex-proof executed)
