Spot colour mixed by hand is mixed differently every time. A gravimetric dispenser weighs each component to a stated accuracy and repeats the recipe exactly — which is what turns colour matching from a skill into a process.
The Colorsat range scales from narrow-web label work through to ink production, with dispensing accuracy of 1 gram as standard and 0.1 g available as an option on several models.

Colorsat Switch
The Colorsat Switch dispenser for label / narrow web print runs impresses with its high technology in a modular design. Engineered to dispense water-based, UV or LED-curing or solvent-based ink batches into 5-litre (~ 1,3 gallon) buckets, the system dispenses a four-colour 5 kg recipe in less than five minutes.
