Lundberg Tech is probably the world's largest manufacturer of granulators and cutters built for integration into exhaust systems, producing over 1,000 units a year in Denmark. The Lundberg Tech scissor principle — a cutting action that mimics scissors — is built on cast-iron housings and single-piece rotors for stability.

Wolfram carbide knives
Hard-metal cutting knives with wolfram carbide for long life, plus high-quality bearing systems.
Self-cleaning
The design prevents waste accumulating inside the granulator, with silicon oil injection available for adhesive materials.
Built for in-line extraction
Designed to sit inside the exhaust system, handling air speeds up to 80 m/s and machine speeds to 2,500 m/min.
Heavily customisable
2–12 rotor knives, ultra-thin material grinding, extra wear resistance, non-stick coatings, lubrication, frequency converters, gear motors, hole shields and stainless steel parts.
