TrimCutter — mobile trim cutting unit
The TrimCutter and PackTrimCutter are mobile, wheeled all-in-one units for capturing, conveying, cutting and collecting edge trim and die-cut waste from a single production or packaging machine. Ventilator, granulator, separator, filter and bag holder are built into one plug-and-play cabinet — with over 315 units in service worldwide.
Why the TrimCutter
Plug and play, on wheels
A complete unit on castors: connect the suction hose and power, and it runs — no installation project, and it can be moved between machines.
Capture, cut and collect in one
Transport ventilator up to 900 m³/h with integrated granulator, air/waste separator, filter and bag holder.
Removes dust with the waste
The vacuum takes airborne dust away with the trim, keeping the area around the machine clean.
Two executions
TrimCutter 80 for label and flexible packaging; PackTrimCutter 80 is height-adjusted for food and pharmaceutical lines, with sound insulation and a protective front cover available.
Options for difficult material
Level sensors for full bags, antistatic bars, non-stick coating and oil systems for adhesive waste, height extensions and endless TubeBag systems.
