B&B's modular automation systems integrate with your bag-making machines to reduce manual interventions and increase process reliability, quality and output. Autonomous material flows, robot-assisted packaging and camera-based quality control work together as one intelligent line.
At the heart is LEAP — a robotic packaging system that combines multiple robotic cells with intelligent buffer sections to decouple cycles. Pack and palletizing patterns are freely configurable on the HMI through recipes and guided dialogs, with no special programming knowledge required, and automatic inline quality control ejects any faulty unit.
