The B&B Matador is an automatic paper wrapping system for efficient, sustainable packaging. It groups, inserts, folds and seals — fully wrapping grouped products (or applying a banderole) in kraft paper with hot-melt adhesive. Available as the Matador PP 6-54 (up to 15 trays/min) and PP 6-100 (up to 12 bundles/min), with individual or collective packaging, custom grouping and single- or double-lane operation.

Full paper wrapping with hot-melt
The Matador (PP series) fully wraps grouped products in kraft paper using hot-melt adhesive — handling grouping, insertion, folding and sealing across the product-transfer workflow. Choose a banderole or a full wrap, individual or collective packs, with custom grouping and stacking to suit your product.
Tool-free format changes and intuitive recipe management make switchovers fast, and single- or double-lane operation scales output. Built with industry-standard components (Robatech, Festo, Siemens), CE-conform and quiet in operation (max 80 dBA) — a clean, paper-based route to sustainable secondary packaging.
