The B&B Stretchpacker SBP 7 is an efficient, reliable solution for secondary packaging. State-of-the-art servo technology lets you do without a shrink tunnel and use thinner films — bundling products with a film banderole, criss-cross banderole or full wrap at up to 45 cycles per minute (up to 60 bundles/min in two-lane operation), saving around 15% of film versus shrink-wrap and up to 80% versus conventional methods.

The Stretchpacker offers an efficient and reliable solution for your secondary packaging. State-of-the-art servo technology means you can do without a shrink tunnel entirely and use thinner films — cutting material and energy use while keeping packs neat and dimensionally stable.
Because there is no heat process, there is no denting and no fusing of the banderole with the product. Motorized format changeover and intuitive recipe management make switching between products fast, and a modular design lets the machine adapt quickly as your market changes.
