The B&B Combimatic takes individual flat blanks from a magazine, erects them into a U-shape and positions the products inside — then folds the flaps around the product and seals them with hot-melt adhesive. One modular platform scales from open trays to display-ready formats and full wrap-around cartons, at up to 30 cartons per minute, for shelf-ready secondary packaging across food and non-food.

Overview
From flat blank to shelf-ready case
The Combimatic collates and groups products, then gently packs them into cases. Individual flat blanks are taken from a magazine, erected into a U-shape, and the grouped products are placed inside — before the flaps are folded around the product and sealed with hot-melt adhesive for a stable, clean pack.
Standardized interfaces let the Combimatic integrate seamlessly with upstream processes — horizontal flow-wrappers, filling and carton-filling machines — and downstream palletizing cells. A modular design means a compact entry-level cartoner can be functionally expanded, from tray packer through to wrap-around, as your needs grow.
