The B&B Bag Filler BF 60C is an automatic bag packaging system for hygiene paper — toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and C-fold/hand towels. A modular structure and high process reliability run products through multi-lane feeding and grouping, insertion into pre-made wicket bags, vacuum-assisted opening, folding, sealing and film- residue extraction — efficiently, flexibly and reliably at up to 100 bags per minute.

Efficient, flexible tissue bagging
The Bag Filler BF 60C automatically bags toilet paper and kitchen rolls with a modular structure and high process reliability. Products flow through multi-lane feeding and grouping into defined formations, are inserted into pre-fabricated bags on wickets, then vacuum-opened, folded and sealed — with film-residue extraction for clean, low-waste operation.
Central, programmable adjustments make format changes quick, servo-synchronised movements keep cycle performance high, and camera/sensor verification holds packaging quality constant. A modular, expandable concept adapts the system to new products and pack formations as they arise.
