Mono-material side gusset bags, made efficient through intelligent automation.
B&B SFB machines convert laminated and mono-material films into side gusset bags — also known as quad-seal bags, four-side-seal bags or pouches — at up to 80 cycles per minute. Longitudinal single-roll production, automatic positioning and a fully modular set of options — reclosures, carrying handles, folded and flat bottoms, inline laser features — keep waste low and your product range wide, from 1–25 kg pet-food packs to a broad spread of consumer goods.
B&B side gusset bag machines convert laminated films into finished side gusset bags — also called quad-seal bags, four-side-seal bags or pouches. Widely used in pet food (typically 1–25 kg) and across consumer goods, they combine longitudinal production, automatic positioning and waste reduction to deliver stable, economical output.
A fully modular architecture means the machine is configured to your product: choose the reclosure, bottom and carrying system you need, add inline laser perforation or ventilation, and extend to a fully automated end-of-line with the LEAP robotic packaging solution — all built around mono-material films for a cleaner recycling stream.
Built around mono-PE composites and low-trim processing to make the most of every metre of film.
Advanced process control and automatic positioning hold quality steady, run after run.
One machine, many bag formats, sizes and features — from simple pouches to handled packs.
Intuitive HMI, recipe management and a modular design that keeps set-up and service simple.

A front reclosure is applied to the flat film web and sealed only with the front side of the bag, while a top reclosure closes across the mouth of the finished bag — so the right choice depends on how your pack is opened and refilled.
Extend the SFB into a fully automated line with LEAP — B&B's robotic packaging solution. Finished bags are handled, grouped and packed automatically, lifting throughput and consistency while freeing operators from repetitive end-of-line tasks.
