WasteFlex — bulk waste handling unit
The WasteFlex Unit is a Lundberg Tech combination of a feeder and a granulator built into an all-in-one unit. It takes larger pieces of waste — pallet wrapping, bulk packaging and surface protection film — feeds them automatically into the granulator without blocking, then vacuum-conveys the cut waste to collection bags.
Why the WasteFlex

An automatic feeder takes larger pieces into the granulator without causing blockages — no manual pre-cutting.
Large volume reduction
Bulky film and packaging waste is cut down considerably before collection, cutting bins and transport.
No manual transport
Staff no longer carry big pieces of waste across the plant; the unit takes and conveys it.
Adjustable granule size
An optional holeshield with adjustable hole sizes controls how far the waste is reduced.
Unit or module
Runs standalone as a WasteFlex Unit, or as a WasteFlex Module inside a Lundberg Tech Central System.
