WasteTech — all-in-one waste unit
WasteTech is Lundberg Tech's range of integrated vacuum waste handling units, combining capture, cutting, conveying and collection in one cabinet. Five sizes cover a single machine up to roughly 20 production machines.
Why the WasteTech
Everything in one cabinet
Ventilator, sound silencer, waste separator, air filtration and bag holder are built in, normally with a Lundberg Tech granulator.
Wide capacity range
From 900 to 10,000 m³/h air capacity — WasteTech 80, 160, 200, 400 and 600 — serving one machine up to about 20.
Runs without stopping
A guillotine valve option allows bag changes without interrupting production.
Ends manual waste handling
Waste is drawn from the machine automatically, removing bins and heavy lifting from the production floor.
Customisable
Endless TubeBags, height extensions, full-bag sensors, antistatic bars, non-stick coatings and oil systems, frequency converters, self-cleaning filters, WasteCompactor integration and external granulators.
