Precision pinned parts and perforation systems
Tambula makes pinned parts: spiked rollers for perforating, embossing, transporting and fibre opening, and the machines that run them. The company was founded in 1945 and has been part of Georg Koinzer GmbH & Co. KG since 1995, with a dedicated spiked-roller department since 1999.
Almost everything is made to order. Roller diameters run from 20 to 400 mm and lengths to 5,000 mm, with pins from 0.3 to 8 mm and densities up to 100 pins per cm² — the combination is specified per application rather than picked from a catalogue.
