MatrixCompactor — label matrix removal system
The MatrixCompactor is an all-in-one system built for the label industry: it captures self-adhesive matrix and trim from one to six label presses with a single unit, cuts it small and compacts it centrally so presses never stop to change matrix rolls.
Why the MatrixCompactor
No stopping for matrix rolls
Continuous extraction removes the need to stop and change matrix rewind rolls, lifting throughput and cutting material lost at each stop.
Built for adhesive waste
All internal surfaces are treated to prevent adhesive build-up, and the granulators carry oil-dispensing systems to keep knives clean.
One unit, up to six presses
A granulator at each press feeds shared conveying pipes, ventilator, separator, filter and WasteCompactor.
Denser than rolls
Cutting and compacting the matrix reduces its volume well below wound rolls, cutting bins, lifts and transport.
Options
Antistatic bars, cartridge filters for longer cleaning intervals, automatic self-cleaning filters and a touchscreen with data collection.
