The TrimCompactor is an all-in-one unit that captures, conveys, cuts, collects and compacts edge trim, skeleton, matrix and die-cut waste from production and packaging machinery — compacting it straight into TubeBags so bins never need emptying mid-run.
Why the TrimCompactor
Compacts into TubeBags
Waste is cut and compacted into sausage-style TubeBags, so it is dense, easy to remove and ready for recycling.
Serves up to 24 machines
Five sizes cover a single machine through to 24, and the unit can sit up to 20 metres from the source machines.
Adjustable suction
A frequency converter lets suction power be tuned to the material and line speed.
Removes dust with the waste
Dust is drawn away with the trim, improving the working environment around the machine.
Options
Antistatic bars, self-cleaning filter systems, externally positioned granulators and a support table for wheel bins.
