The ASC-100 is the smallest unit in OFRU's professional ASC series and a cost-effective alternative to steam-driven solvent recovery systems. Thermal-oil heating and a conical stainless steel distillation vessel deliver reliable, continuous recovery of contaminated flammable solvents and cleaners.
Why the ASC-100
Self-adjusting PTFE scrapers
A slow-running scraper agitator with automatically adjusting PTFE scrapers — a design refined over 30 years — keeps the conical evaporator wall clean without readjustment.
24-hour automatic operation
Automatic filling plus an automatic sump-distillation safety mode allow continuous, largely unattended running.
SIEMENS S7-1200 control
The whole distillation process is PLC-controlled and can be reprogrammed to suit changing customer requirements, with individual fault messages.
Stainless steel throughout
All product-contact parts are stainless steel; viscous residues empty by gravity through a slide valve at the base of the conical boiler.
