The ASC-500 50 kW is a vacuum solvent recovery plant from the professional ASC series with integrated steam heating. A liquid-ring vacuum pump supports genuine 24-hour continuous operation at higher throughput than the 37 kW execution.

The double-jacket shell is steam-heated for rapid heat transfer and high output from a 500-litre boiler.
Liquid-ring vacuum pump
Enables continuous 24-hour operation with automatic dirty-solvent replenishment on a timer.
Two strong PTFE scrapers
Self-adjusting doctor blades optimally clean the conical evaporator vessel and prevent deposits.
SIEMENS + Endress Hauser
S7-1200 PLC with multilingual HMI and Endress Hauser fill-level control, with detailed fault reporting.
