ASC-500 — distillation unit (37 kw)
The ASC-500 is an extremely comfortable vacuum distillation unit from the professional ASC series. The shell of the conical stainless steel vessel is steam-heated, so high distillation performance is achieved from a relatively small boiler volume.
Why the ASC-500
Steam-heated shell
A double-jacket steam-heated conical vessel transfers heat rapidly — and there is no oil change to schedule.
Automatic continuous distillation
Timer-controlled replenishment with automatic switch to sump distillation when the dirty solvent runs out.
Auto-adjusting PTFE scrapers
Scraper blades prevent deposit build-up across the entire vessel wall.
SIEMENS S7-1200 control
Multilingual HMI touch panel, IP54 switch cabinet, reprogrammable for custom integration.
ATEX variant available
An ATEX-compliant execution per Directive 2014/34/EU is available for explosive atmospheres.
