The ASC-150 is OFRU's most successful unit from the professional ASC series. Modern steam heating integrated into a conical stainless steel vessel transfers heat extremely quickly, giving high distillation performance from a compact boiler volume.
Why the ASC-150
Fast steam heating
Steam transfers heat far faster than thermal oil and removes the need for oil changes — lower maintenance and no boiler corrosion.
Level-controlled filling
Continuous automatic filling with contaminated solvent keeps distillation performance consistent throughout the shift.
Self-cleaning PTFE blades
Doctor blades clean the vessel wall automatically across the full filling area and never need readjustment.
Safety interlocks
Automatic stop if the dirty tank empties, a temperature error occurs or cooling water fails; the unit then switches to sump distillation.
