The ASC-1500 100 kW is the highest-output system in the professional ASC range — a 1,500-litre steam-heated vacuum plant for large-scale continuous solvent recovery and recycling.

100 kW steam heating
Transfers heat extremely quickly to the solvent, supporting distillation rates up to 550 l/h.
Two strong PTFE scrapers
Optimally clean the conical evaporator vessel so deposits cannot build up on the heated wall.
Automatic continuous operation
Continuous filling with automatic sump distillation when the contaminated solvent supply depletes.
SIEMENS S7-1200 control
Programmable and adaptable to varying customer processes, with automatic safety shutdown.
