CS-2 — mixing vessel & container washing system
The CS-2 cleans mixing and preparation containers inside and outside using a speed-controlled rotating brush together with a suitable cleaning agent. Mechanical brush cleaning combined with the right detergent delivers a residue-free result, and the modular design can be expanded from basic automatic operation to a fully customised system.
Why the CS-2
Inside and outside in one cycle
A speed-controlled rotating brush with adjustable segment brushes cleans both container surfaces simultaneously.
Designed to drain
An easy-to-drain floor plate with optimal slope towards the outlet, a double-lip seal for liquid-tight operation and large-area return-flow filters.
Enclosed danger zone
Complete enclosure of the danger zone protects the operator, with adjustable program parameters and multiple upgrade stages.
ATEX Zone 0
Certified for use with flammable solvents; handles all common washing and rinsing media up to 60 °C (not acidic detergents below pH 5), with up to 8 vol.% solids.
