Centrifugal-brush cleaning for mixing vessels
CS-3X0X — mixing vessel cleaning system

The CS-3x0x cleans container interiors with a speed-controlled centrifugal brush and a suitable detergent, water or flammable solvent. Separate wash and rinse piping keeps detergent consumption low, and the modular design expands from basic automatic operation to a fully specified system.

Centrifugal brush with vertical travel
Speed-controlled brush with adjustable vertical movement, plus a pneumatically driven floor discharge brush.
Serviceable by design
Monitored washroom lid with integrated process exhaust and a removable bottom plate for faster residual spillage removal.
ATEX Zone 0
Approved for flammable solvents and explosive aerosols; tolerates up to 8 vol.% solids and media up to 60 °C (not acidic below pH 5).
Bottom-outlet cleaning
Optional outlet cleaning addresses ball valves and shut-off devices; container inclination handles dented bottoms or off-centre outlets.
