OWM — parts cleaning & washing machines
OFRU's OWM parts washing machines are built for cleaning parts from the printing and varnishing industries. Automatic wash programs, a moving nozzle frame and double diaphragm pumps deliver consistent cleaning power, and the machines can be paired with an ASC distillation unit so the solvent is recycled as it is used.

Automatic wash programs
Pneumatic timer control with adjustable washing, dripping, rinsing and suction stages.
Moving nozzle frame
The nozzle frame travels over the wash load with flat-jet nozzles and a double diaphragm pump for uniform pressure.
Two-hand safety door
Safe pneumatic door opening by two-hand operation at the end of the washing process.
Stainless steel build
AISI 1.4301 stainless construction with an integrated fine filter upstream of the nozzles to prevent clogging, plus a nozzle-frame alarm.
Pairs with ASC distillation
Can be combined with an OFRU ASC-500 so contaminated solvent is distilled and reused continuously.
