Sleeves are consumables — handling decides how long they last
A flexo sleeve is a precision component held to ± 0.020 mm. Most of the damage that takes one out of service happens off the press — stacked badly in a rack, knocked in transport, or run on after an edge is already gone.
Tech Sleeves supplies four systems to close that gap: storage, quality inspection, demounting and transport. All four are customised to your sleeve range rather than sold in fixed sizes.

Sleeve Storage System
Vertical storage that protects sleeves and keeps them findable. Racks are engineered to your space and to the dimensions of every sleeve you store.
- Tubular steel construction for rigidity and long service
- Protective pins sized to the inner diameter of each sleeve
- Shelves covered with a protective mat to guard sleeve edges
- Modular — racks can be expanded later

Sleeve Quality Inspection System
Measures the 3D landscape of a sleeve or cylinder surface to an accuracy of 5 microns, so worn or damaged sleeves are found before they cause downtime.
- Laser scan measuring surface condition to 5 µm
- Tracks TIR, diameter and condition for every sleeve in stock
- Automatic moving HD cameras and a vertically moving cylinder
- Camera for EasyReg registration-sign detection
- Optional pressure roller, rotary ceramic cutting knife and tape holder
Demounter
Removes plates and tape from sleeves without damaging them. A rubber roller distributes force evenly across the full width of the plate.
- Rubber roller spreads force over the whole plate width
- Full-width foot pedal rotates the sleeve with minimal effort
- Optional cones to assist tape application after demounting
Tech Cart®
Sleeve transport designed around the operator, with 360° rotating wheels for manoeuvring in tight pressroom aisles.
