Precision sleeves and adapters for flexographic printing
Tech Sleeves manufactures flexographic printing sleeves and mounting and press adapters at Alphen aan den Rijn in the Netherlands. Every sleeve is built to a guaranteed diameter tolerance of ± 0.020 mm with total indicated runout below 0.020 mm — the tolerances that decide whether a job holds register at speed or bounces.
The company is part of the Color Control Group, which also owns AV Flexologic and AllFlexo. That means the sleeve, the adapter and the mounting equipment are engineered against the same tolerances, rather than sourced from three suppliers who never speak to each other.

Guaranteed ± 0.020 mm
Diameter tolerance is guaranteed, not typical — and TIR is verified below 0.020 mm on a carrier held to ≤ 0.005 mm.
Engineered layer build-up
Tech Standard uses a five-layer construction; Tech Pro adds a second foam and a second glass-fibre reinforcement for high-speed and complex work.
One group, three steps
Sleeves, adapters and AV Flexologic mounting equipment are engineered together, so tolerances stay consistent from the plate room to the press.
Built to order
Wall thickness from 0.9 to 195 mm and repeats from 240 to 1500 mm, with rubber ends, notches, RFID and slotting to suit your presses.
