Tech Standard & Tech Pro
Flexo printing sleeves guaranteed to ± 0.020 mm, in five- and seven-layer builds.
The numbers that matter
Two builds, one tolerance standard

Tech Standard and Tech Pro are built on the same guaranteed geometry — ± 0.020 mm on diameter and total indicated runout below 0.020 mm. What separates them is the layer construction, and therefore how they behave as speed and job complexity rise.
Tech Standard is the five-layer sleeve for all standard applications. Tech Pro adds a second high-performance foam layer and a second glass-fibre reinforcement, giving a stiffer sleeve with enhanced bounce mitigation for high-speed and complex jobs.
Both are available across the full range — wall thicknesses from 0.9 to 195 mm and repeat lengths from 240 to 1500 mm, up to a maximum sleeve length of 1800 mm.
Tech Standard vs Tech Pro
Tech Standard
For all standard applications.
- Glass fibre base sleeve
- Compressible layer
- High performance foam layer
- Glass fibre reinforcement layer
- Tech Guard final layer
Tech Pro
For high-speed and complex jobs, with enhanced bounce mitigation.
- Glass fibre base sleeve
- Compressible layer
- High performance foam layer
- Glass fibre reinforcement layer (I)
- High performance foam layer — additional
- Glass fibre reinforcement layer (II)
- Tech Guard final layer
Highlighted rows are the two layers Tech Pro adds over Tech Standard.

Sleeve options and customisation
Both builds can be customised at manufacture. Specify these with your order — they cannot be retrofitted.
Rubber ends
Rubber-sealed sleeve ends protect the edges in handling and storage. Available in seven RAL colour options.
Coloured ends
Colour-coded ends so operators can identify repeat sizes or job families at a glance in the rack.
Metal reinforced notch
A metal notch reinforces the register slot where repeated mounting would otherwise wear the composite.
RFID chip and integrated magnet
An RFID chip with an integrated magnet lets each sleeve be tracked individually through storage, mounting and inspection.
Metal cutting line
A metal cutting line lets plates and tape be trimmed on the sleeve without scoring the surface.
Multiple slots
More than one register slot, so a single sleeve can be mounted in more than one orientation or on more than one press.

Rubber-sealed and colour-coded ends in production. Options are specified per sleeve at order stage.
How the sleeve layers are built up
Where these sleeves run
Works well with
- MIRAFLEX II (Windmöller & Hölscher) — CI flexo presses these sleeves are mounted on.
- ConSlitter (Kampf) — Slit the printed reels these sleeves produce.
- Ceramic anilox rollers (Zecher) — Anilox rollers running alongside these sleeves.
- Plate & sleeve washers (Flexo Wash) — Automatic cleaning equipment for these sleeves.
