The latest extrusion technology and unique W&H screw design ensure consistent, homogeneous melt quality and excellent single-layer distribution; precise gravimetric dosing meters raw materials and additives consistently; and an integrated High Performance Package on the chill-roll unit, with a motorized air knife and special air-flow design, delivers high clarity and uniform film properties across the full width.

The latest W&H extrusion technology and unique screw design deliver consistent, homogeneous melt and excellent single-layer distribution, while the integrated High Performance Package and motorized air knife on the chill roll give high clarity and uniform film properties across the entire web width.

Precise web-tension control with the FILMATIC TC II cast film winder produces constant, outstanding roll quality with large roll diameters up to 1,300 mm — ready for direct downstream processing, with no need to re-wind reels first.
