Surface treatment that makes adhesion work
Polyolefin films, metal sheet and moulded plastics all share a problem: their surface energy is too low for ink, adhesive or coating to bond reliably. AFS build the systems that fix that in line — corona stations, atmospheric plasma, and the generators that drive them.
The range covers corona treatment across five duties from blown film to pipe, atmospheric plasma for webs and three-dimensional parts, hot-needle perforation for breathable film, and the test pens and inks that verify the treatment actually happened.

Treatment sized to the line
Working widths from 600 to 5000 mm and speeds to 1000 m/min, with single, double or four-sided configurations rather than one standard station.
Corona and plasma
Corona for flat web at speed; atmospheric plasma where a primer would otherwise be needed, or where the part is three-dimensional.
Generators to match
Modular power supplies from 1000 W to 144 kW running at resonance frequency, so the generator is specified to the station rather than bundled.
Verification included
Quick-Test Pens and graduated test inks mean surface energy is measured against the 38 mN/m threshold, not assumed.
