Zecher GmbH manufacture anilox rollers at Paderborn in Germany — the laser-engraved ceramic and mechanically engraved chrome rollers that meter ink onto the plate on every flexographic press.
The range goes well beyond the roller itself: impression cylinders held to ± 0.005 mm runout, inspection and measuring systems to verify what a roller is actually delivering, chemical and laser cleaning to recover it, and the surface treatments and accessories that decide how long it lasts.
