Anilox cleaning machines
An anilox roller loses volume as cells block, and once volume drops the print follows. Cleaning is the only thing that gets it back — which makes it a production process, not housekeeping.
Flexo Wash build automatic cleaning machines in two technologies: liquid cleaners across three series sized from narrow to wide web, and laser cleaning that removes deposits with no chemicals and no waste stream at all.

FW PLC-SERIES
All larger FW Anilox Cleaners are equipped with a PLC control, which enables easy change of the various program settings e.g. washing time, rotation speed and temperature. It is also possible to enter an alarm log. The PLC Anilox Cleaners are designed to clean larger and heavier rolls and sleeves.
