Anilox cleaner & roller care
Cleaning is what determines whether an anilox roller keeps delivering its engraved volume. Zecher cover both ends of it: consumable cleaners for routine care in the pressroom, and laser cleaning for full reconditioning when cells have blocked.
The Anilox Cleaner range comes in four formulations for different ink systems and cleaning methods, and the Evolux laser machines — developed by ULMEX and supplied through Zecher — strip cells without chemicals or solvents.
Four Anilox Cleaner formulations
Aqua/UV Ink
Developed for water- and UV-based inks and varnishes. Water-dilutable, for in-line washing systems or manual cleaning.
Gel
Biodegradable, for manual cleaning or use with an ultrasonic bath. Removes ink and varnish deposits from cylinders and rollers.
In-Line
Water-based concentrate for in-line washing systems with a heating tank, or for manual cleaning.
Washing machine
Formulated for automated washing-machine cleaning of rollers and parts.
Evolux — chemical-free reconditioning
Pulsed laser source
Unlike lasers regulated only by power, a pulsed source lets the frequency and pulse characteristics be calibrated, so cleaning programs can be tailored per roller.
No chemicals or solvents
Evolux machines require no chemical cleaning agents or solvents at all.
Sleeves and solid rolls
Handles both, at individual roller weights from 50 to 1000 kg.
Built by ULMEX
Evolux is developed and built by ULMEX and supplied through Zecher.

Zecher's website lists Evolux web widths as 1700, 2000, 2500, 3000 and 3500 mm; the Evolux leaflet (EN) lists 1000, 1700, 2100, 2500 and 3000 mm. The two disagree — confirm the available widths with K Group before specifying.
