Anilox roller inspection & measuring
An anilox roller loses volume gradually. Cells score, block and wear, and the print drifts long before anyone declares the roller finished — which is exactly why a roller inventory needs measuring rather than guessing.
Zecher offer both inspection services and the measuring systems to do it yourself, covering condition analysis of the cell structure and verification of the volume a roller is actually carrying against the specification it was engraved to.
