900 Nano series
The Nano series is a range of doctor blades with enhanced properties, produced using PrimeBlade's patented Nano treatment. The process induces changes in the steel that reduce wear — giving longer lifetime and improved surface quality.
The point worth noting is how it is achieved: PrimeBlade describe the process as environmentally friendly and safe, free from the hazardous chemicals typically used to produce coated blades. Nano blades are offered on three different premium Swedish steels.
