Not every blade in a chamber system is doing the wiping. The containment blade seals the chamber, and steel is the wrong tool for it — a polymer blade holds the seal without wearing the anilox.
The PrimeBlade 100 series is precision engineered from advanced polymer materials, used mainly as containment blades in flexo chamber systems and within the tissue and corrugated industries.
