The VAREX II is built on a modular concept that allows almost unlimited configuration options — so the line is customized to your specific application. High-performance 8 µm PE-HD liner films and 11-layer barrier films with an EVOH layer as thin as 1 µm are already part of its range, and it is equally at home running PE applications, recycling materials or biomaterials.
Its development was driven by productivity, flexibility, ergonomics and sustainability. The VAREX II’s modular concept allows almost unlimited configuration — 1 to 11 film layers, line widths from 1,300 to 3,600 mm, and die diameters from 160 to 900 mm — so the line is tailored precisely to your products rather than forcing your products to fit the machine.
