COLLIN Lab & Pilot Solutions builds the laboratory and pilot machinery that plastics developers use before a formulation or a film structure ever reaches a production line — extruders, compounders, blown and flat film lines, calenders, presses, stretching lines and the instruments that measure the result.
The range is organised into seven product lines. Six of them are machine ranges pitched at a different scale or duty — Lab, Pilot, Medical, Polytest, Teach and Food & Feed — and each is documented below with COLLIN's own published technical data.

Lab to pilot to production
The same process engineering scales from a table-top Teach Line machine through Lab and Pilot up to production, so trial results actually transfer.
E and P series
Most machine families come in an E Entrance version for cost-efficient laboratory work and a P Professional version with wider temperature ranges and modular geometries.
Measured, not guessed
The Polytest Line closes the loop — rheometers, viscometers, pressure filter tests and film inspection quantify what the extrusion trial produced.
Modular by design
Downstream equipment, dies, feedblocks and winders are selected per application rather than bundled, so a line matches the job.
