Medical Line — what it covers
The Medical Line is COLLIN's range for medical and pharmaceutical plastics processing, where the geometry tolerances and the documentation requirements are both tighter than general extrusion.
The headline capability is tube extrusion: mono and multi-lumen tubes in up to five layers with up to seven separate channels, at diameters from thinner than a human hair — under 100 µm — up to roughly 5 mm.

Due to the compact design, the lines can easily be cleaned and short material changes are possible. Flat Film Lines P
for medical technology & pharmacy Production of thin-walled or heavy-wall filmsThese versions combine finishing calender and the chill roll and are used for the production of thin-walled or heavy-wall films. The 3-roll unit can be used for vertical or horizontal operation. The forces in the polishing gap can be created in a hydraulic or pneumatic way. The polishing roll is suitable for a wide range of applications such as smoothing, embossing or laminating.
